Mylet has hands on expertise and knowledge in directing the activities of all ETD projects. She is an executive with verifiable success in building a quality brand and achieving business growth within a start-up company.

Elanie Raath

Executive Manager: ETD Operations

Elanie Raath

Elanie has extensive experience in ETD training and training for the Hospitality and Tourism sector. With over 15 years experience, she serves as a Training Manager for all ETD related programmes and Executive Manager for all ETD operations. Her role involves training delivery (skills programmes and learnerships), assessment, moderation, preparing for verification and quality assurance. She is a registered assessor and moderator with various ETQAs.

Mr James Mapute an accomplished, highly skilled and result-driven Business executive with proven track record in strategic planning, Leadership, Enterprise Resource Management and transformation, a Certified Business Advisor (IBASA), Qualified with an Honours Degree in Marketing, and various other ETD Courses. He possesses vast skills, with more than 10 years of experience in management and coordination of national training projects both in public and private sectors. He is actively involved in the Artisan Training and development as well as the implementation of various SETA/NSF funded Youth development learnerships, internships, SMME and community development initiatives across all 9 provinces of South Africa.

Ntembiso Luyenge

Quality Assurance

Ntembiso Luyenge

Mr. Ntembiso Luyenge is an experienced Education, Training, and Development professional, registered with various SETA ETQAs as an Assessor and Moderator. He holds a National Diploma in Management of Training and a National Certificate in Occupationally Directed ETD Practices. He started his career in 2014 as an intern and later joining Networx for Career Development as an ETD Administrator. He has expertise in learnership administration, assessments, moderation, training logistics, procurement, and project management. Due to his strong performance, currently holds the position of an ETD Administration Manager and Quality Assurer.

Boitumelo Gezane

Payroll Manager

Boitumelo Gezane

Mrs. Boitumelo Gezane is the Administration Manager heading the Tourism Department at Networx for Career Development. She is a registered Assessor, Moderator, and Facilitator, holding a Business Management Higher Certificate, ODETDP, and an Advanced Diploma in Management . Joining Networx for Career Development in 2016 she has been responsible for managing administration, payroll for large teams, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and ETD functions. Her strengths include organized administration, customer service, payroll management, assessment and moderation.
